Job description:

Responsibilities

- Creating an amount of online ads as determined by their Supervisor

- Handling and Inviting applicants daily and ensure a determined number of show-ups

- Answering all inquiries from applicants in person, via text, phone or email.

- Maintaining applicant tracker where in the responsibilty is to coordinate with current clients and managing their requirements

- Conducting initial screening of all new applicants

- Evaluate applicants on their communication skills based on a scale of 1 10.

- End to end process

Qualifications:

- College Graduate of any 4 year bachelor degree or more.

- With at least 6 Months Recruitment Experience

- Willing to work in Alabang, Cavite and Makati.

- Can work ASAP

- Perky and Confident but with Customer Service Skills

- With Good Communication Skills
