Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide a clear understanding of the call center agents role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center.

- Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.

- Collaborate with others to ensure the customers issues are resolved and.

- Assist and provide solutions for the customers questions.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have completed 2 years in college.

- Must have more than 6 months call center experience handling international accounts.

- Has good customer service orientation.

- Has good to excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills.

- Has good analytical skills.

- Must have basic knowledge in computer and web navigation.

- Must be willing to work onsite within the province of Iloilo.

- Must be flexible to work at any given shift schedule.
