Core Requirements

Confident, able to understand and communicate in English;

Minimum educational attainment accepted is at least 1 year in College with no back subjects, but must have at least 2 years and 6 months of BPO International experience;

2 years completed College undergraduates / graduates requires at least 1 year and 6 months International Call center exp.

College Graduates and undergraduates of 3 or 4 years, Must have at least 6 Months BPO experience handling international account

Energetic, Emphatic, and able to solve problems is preferred;

Must have an ability to understand the customers needs;

Willing to work in shifting schedule and weekends;

Willing to work in Cubao;

Can Start ASAP.

Job Description:

The work involves receiving or making phone calls to customers; Obtaining client information and verifying information

Informs customer by explaining procedures, answering questions or giving the most appropriate solutions based on the details given by the customer;

Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Building Rapport and Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
