Requirements

Confident, able to understand and communicate in English;

Must completed at least 1 year in College with no back subjects;

College Graduates Must have at least 6 Months of Call Center work experience;

College Undergraduates Must have at least 2 Years Call Center Exp;

Energetic, Emphatic, and able to solve problems is preferred;

Must have an ability to understand the customers needs;

Willing to work in shifting schedule and weekends;

Willing to work in Cubao;

Willing to work ASAP.

Job Description:

Take incoming phone calls from customers;

Answer questions about the product or service;

Providing the most appropriate solutions based on the details provided by the customers;

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner;

Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
