Job Qualifications and Benefits:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing;

Good English communication skills;

2 years of clinical/hospital experience;

BPO experience is an advantage but not required;

Must be willing to start ASAP;

Must be amenable to work Onsite and Work From Home;

Willingness to work on shifting schedule in MOA (Pasay City).

Job Description:

Take incoming phone calls from customers;

Answer questions about the product or service;

Providing the most appropriate solutions based on the details provided by the customers;

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner;
