Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide a clear understanding of the call center agents role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center;

Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations;

Collaborate with others to ensure the customers issues are resolved and;

Assist and provide solutions for the customers questions.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Graduates are welcome to apply;

Must have at least an experience on either of the following fields:

- 1 year of Flight Reservation Experience;

- 2 years of Native Airline GDS Experience;

- 1 year of International Booking Experience;

- 2 years Corporate Or Leisure Travel Industry Experience;

- 2 Yrs Customer Sales And Service Experience.

Knows how to comprehend the Basic English language;

Excellent Communication and Navigation Skills;

Strong logic and problem-solving skills;

Customer service oriented;

Must be willing to work within Ayala, Makati;

Willing to start immediately;

Willing to work with shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
