What is your mission?

As a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor, you will be working with our Luxury Fashion Account to deliver #happier customer experience through phone and email. You will get a chance to collaborate and partner with some

of the most important and influential luxury designers in the world!

You are also required to perform these job functions:

> Advisory and support services for clients concerning the order process

> Styling, shopping, and selection of key-pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks

> Close cooperation with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments

Who are we looking for?

> Completed 2 years in college

> Preferably with BPO/call center work experience

> Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean

> A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred

> Amenable to work rotating shifts

> Can work from home and in Ortigas, Pasig City
