College Graduates, and 2 years College Undergraduates With or Without Call Center Experience are also welcome to apply;

Job Description:

Take incoming phone calls from customers;

Answer questions about the product or service;

Providing the most appropriate solutions based on the details provided by the customers;

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner;

Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
