Completed 2 years in college.

Must have at least 6 months of call center experience.

Above average to excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge on audio equipment and networking products.

Proficient in computer navigation, e-mail, configuration, troubleshooting and internet browsing.

Willing to work in shifting schedules & holidays.
