Job Description:

- Provide a clear understanding of the call center agents role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center.

- Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.

- Collaborate with others to ensure the customers issues are resolved.

- Assist and provide solutions for the customers questions.

Qualifications:

- HS Grads/SHS Grads/College Undergrads are accepted but must have at least 6 months of call center experience.

- College Graduate with no experience are also invited.

- Must have the knowledge to be able to navigate a computer.

- Average to good English communication skills.

- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and even holidays.

- Must be willing to relocate and work within Baguio City.
