Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide a clear understanding of the call center agents role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center.

- Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.

- Collaborate with others to ensure the customers issues are resolved and.

- Assist and provide solutions for the customers questions.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Completed at least 2 year in college with 6 months international call center experience.

- Above average to excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must have basic knowledge on audio equipment and networking products.

- Proficient in computer navigation, e-mail, configuration, troubleshooting and internet browsing.

- Must be willing to work within Quezon City.

- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and even holidays.
