JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide a clear understanding of the call center agents role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center.

- Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.

- Collaborate with others to ensure the customers issues are resolved and.

- Assist and provide solutions for the customers questions.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be at least a High School Graduate.

- Must have at least a year of international BPO experience.

- Required to have a reliable & strong internet connection of not less than 15 mbps & a working space at home that is free from noise/distraction.

- Technical support experience is preferred.

- Must have at least 10 mbps of stable internet connection.

- Must have good interpersonal skills.

- Must have good analytical, problem-solving and comprehension skills.

- Customer service oriented.

- Must be willing to work at home but also amenable to work on-site once needed.

- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and even holidays.

- Willing to start immediately.
