Qualifications:

- At least High school Graduate is accepted.

- With or Without BPO experience. (experience is a plus but not required).

- Must be able to speak and understand basic English.

- Must have good work ethics and can work with minimal supervision.

- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and even holidays.

- Amenable to work within Metro Manila.

- Can start working ASAP.

Job Description:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

- Identify customers needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives

- Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise

- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
