Good day! Sundust Bros is hiring Customer Service Representative - Cubao (near alimall)

Project-based for 3 months only

Job Description:

Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls (calls with past due clients)

Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties

Phone collecting of overdue debts suggest solutions to not paying clients, make arrangements about payments

Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information

Ensure skip tracing searching of new contacts for uncontactable clients through web

Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department

You know you are the perfect fit if you have/are:

At least high school graduate

With or without workinng experience
