About The Role:

-Flexible Schedule

-General Bookkeeping

-Daily Monitoring and reconciliation of inventory deployments

-Weekly invoicing and receipt issuance

-Monitoring of Accounts Receivables and Payables

-Following up on cash collection

-Recording of company day-to-day expenses

-BIR compliance documentations (VAT, WT, EWT, Employee benefits etc.)

-Monthly Financial Statements

Qualification:

-CPA/ CMA is an advantage (Fresh Graduate welcome)

-Familiar with BIR compliance requirements

-Computer literate (MS Excel, Word)

-Good communication skills (Filipino/English) - foreign employer

-Keen attention to details with good problem-solving skills

-Self-motivated, Output driven and can meet tight deadline
