Eastwood, Quezon City Regular Full Time; DIRECT HIRE Salary is Dependent on Experience

A Global eLearning Company in Quezon City is keen on hiring a highly driven and confident Technical Support Engineer to join their Global IT Team and carry out the following tasks:

- Primarily involved in indentifying the appropriate solutions to issues related to the companys software and hardware and ensure to track these issues up to its resolution

- Ensure proper documentation of all issues that occurred and that they are at par with the firms policies and standards

- Liaise with clients during the whole duration and perform follow up check to ensure their issues have been resolved

- Provide immediate customer feedback

- Perform User Acceptance Testing as and when necessary


- Must have at least 3 years of similar experience in Technical Support with Coding and Stack Trace experience

- Completed a Computer-related College Degree

- Knowledge in any of these technologies would be nice: SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Zabbix, Grafana, Windows, MAC OS and Linux
