Job Description

-Demonstrated ability to perform program/project management tasks effectively

-Has proven ability to manage multifaceted projects of high complexity

-Must shoulder responsibility for formulating design, implementation and management of assigned projects

-Provides quality control of projects and interfaces with client on project specific issues

-Insures projects are completed within the estimated time frames and budget constraints

Qualifications

-Bachelors Degree in a related discipline (Technology, Commerce, Marketing); Masters degree considered an asset

-Previous experience with developing marketing and sales strategies from scratch; ideally within a start-up environment

-Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting and finance

-Proven track record in successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives

-Experience should include increasing leadership responsibilities culminating in either a senior manager or director level position

-Ability to understand technology and leverage capability for new purposes

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to apply innovative thinking to projects

-Experience in variety of business units; knowledge of operational functions is an asset

-Proven progression through wide variety of positions

-Strong background in defining and implementing new processes and initiatives including achieving positive buy-in from all groups involved

-Excellent problem solving, time management and organizational skills
