Job Description

-Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

-Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.

-Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

-Manage in comming inquiries from the customer and share the details with the relevant sales rep.

-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications

-Fresh to 1-year graduates with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

-Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

-Excellent spoken and written English skills
