Job Descriptions:

Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems

Encoding of resumes received from emails

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Sort and organize files after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Analyze data information from spreadsheets and creating required reports

Job Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of any vocational course

With or without work experience

Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm

Willing to work in Makati

Able to quickly acquire knowledge

Able to operate a computer

Proficient in Microsoft programs including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, and Word

Able to learn other software programs required by the department

Able to operate a cell phone and other communication tools
