JOB DESCRIPTION

Performs duties in line with supervision of the sourcing department;

Oversees client accounts and fulfilling the Companys commitment of service to them;

Strategizes recruitment initiatives in order to meet the Company goals;

Conducts duties that management deems necessary to further the goals of the company.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Must have proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.

Must have technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.

Must have strong knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).

Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Must be adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.

Must have a degree in BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.

With strong leadership acumen.

Must have strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Have a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM

Must be willing to work in Makati and Quezon City
