Japanese Bilingual Analyst - Fulltime Position (taguig) - Up To 85k Ghssbc

Job Description:

This position is responsible in handling calls and providing customer support while ensuring that all issues and requests of the customer are attended. The candidate is expected to be an effective communicator in both Japanese and English.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be at least High school graduate;

No experience required;

Candidate must be fluent in Japanese language (oral and written);

Must be able to read and write Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji;

Strong English communication skills;

Proficient in Microsoft programs including but not limited to Excel, Outlook and MS Word;

Amenable to work on shifting schedule;

Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
