Qualifications/Requirements:

-Minimum of 1 year handling travel account experience;

-6 months of Call Center Experience (preferably in a travel account)

-Average to Above Average communication skills

-Strong logic and problem-solving skills

-Availability to work through various shifts

-Ability to use Windows operating systems

-Organization and work prioritization skills

-Customer service oriented
