Job Description:

- Manage daily ticketing queues.

- Respond to and resolve cases raised by the Collections and Sales Team.

- Timely management of cases.

- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered.

- Provides excellent customer service satisfaction and attention to detail.

- Communicate with the team in resolving invoice disputes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Must be of legal age (18 years old and above);

- Must be a College Graduate

- Must be willing to start immediately;

- Must be fluent with both English and the Japanese language;

- Must know how to read and write Japanese;

- Must know the way of Japanese Keigo;

- Can converse using the English language;

- Must have basic web navigation skills;

- Open to Native/Non-Native speakers;

- Must be willing to work in any locations within Metro Manila;

- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
