Job Description:

- Answers questions about the products or services;

- Provide the best solution based on the details provided by the customers;

- Guides the customer through the problem-solving process;

- Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Must be of legal age (18 years old and above);

- Must be at least a High School Graduate of the old Curriculum or a Senior High School Graduate;

- Must be willing to start immediately;

- Must be fluent with both English and Japanese language;

- Must know how to read and write Japanese;

- Must know how to communicate using Keigo;

- Can converse using the English language;

- Must have basic web navigation skills;

- Open to Native/Non-Native speakers;

- Must be willing to work in any locations within Metro Manila;

- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
