JOB DESCRIPTION

Vendor Management: Collaborate with promotional & print vendors and maintain the best relationship possible with those vendors.

Source new venues / locations for upcoming events

Negotiate and execute contracts for large- and small-scale events

Travel frequently up to 50 percent of your time will be spent traveling to various events

Interact with key decisions makers and account-holders

Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory include collateral, giveaways, etc.

Organizing events and product exhibitions

Devising and presenting ideas and strategies

Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media

Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency

JOB QUALIFICATION

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related discipline

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Able to help develop and execute a marketing strategy

Must have a pleasing personality and can communicate clearly with clients

Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting

Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel

Strong communication skills written and oral

Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must be creative, innovative, and always think outside the box

Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time

Confident with a dynamic personality

Capable of standing comfortably for up to eight hours a day, working long hours, and traveling frequently

Have a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM

Must have strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Must be willing to travel or temporarily deployed in Cebu, Davao, Cagayan De Oro, Alabang, Pasay, Cavite, Antipolo, etc.
