Job Description:

In-Charge of month end closing, ensuring compliance with both US and local GAAP and internal policies.

Manage intercompany transactions and cross-charges

Prepare journals, monthly Balance Sheet schedules and Balance Sheet Flux analysis

Perform regular internal control activity document testing Sarbanes Oxley

Prepare local statutory filing

Liaise with external/internal auditors/internal users etc.

Develop/enhance internal controls, policies, processes and procedures and ensure that they are properly scoped and enforced and are effective and efficient.

Actively involved in projects/system enhancement and any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accountancy / ACCA with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

Highly motivated and competent with good interpersonal and communication skills. Positive thinker and good team player

Good Problem-Solving abilities, with lots of initiative and drive, a strong sense of internal control and a keen eye for details and process improvements.

Oracle 11i/12 system, Big 4 audit, SOX background, Finance SSC, project implementation experiences are strong pluses.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
