Responsibilities:

Answer in-bound phone calls related to account restrictions placed by numerous fraud systems and reports

Outbound to cardholder as part of the verification process when appropriate

Resolve account restrictions based on documented procedures and methodologies to ensure cardholder account identify and security is maintained

Work in multiple systems to properly verify cardholder and cardholder activity

Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant and bank requests via phone

Qualifications:

At least 1 year solid Call Center experience handlingFinancial Account (CS for credit/debit card products, Collections, Fraud, Disputes, Insurance)

At least High School Graduate

With complete Goverment requirements (SSS, TIN, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth) and withNBI Clearance
