Computer Programmer Iii

PRIMARY TASKS:

1. Develop, integrate, and test applications for errors, bugs and inter operability, and ensure synchronization of the application with web-based application data;

2. Develop and submit manual, systems documentation and codes.

3. Conduct users acceptance testing.

4. Assist training of Regional M&E database officers and other M&E staff in the operationalization and maintenance of the system, including upgrading of SQLite

Preferred Qualifications (Competency-based)

Education: Graduate of Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or other IT-related course

Training: 40 hours training in database or IT systems development or Business Intelligence Solutions

Experience: 3 yrs of relevant and progressive work experience in database or IT systems development and management, systems programming preferably using SQL, .NET, Javascript, HTML, CSS, JQuery or other related programming languages; Proficiency in the use of general computer applications; Knowledge on mobile application development is an advantage
