At least a College Graduate of any 4 Year Course.

With at least 2 years of Call Center Experience

Higher Base Salary for those with more Experience.

Know how to use a computer.

Know how to speak in English.

Job Description:

Take incoming phone calls from customers.

Answer questions about the product or service.

Providing the most appropriate solutions based on the details provided by the customers

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
