About the job:

As an Admin Purchasing Staff, you would be helping your assigned Supervisor in evaluating suppliers,

negotiating, reviewing product quality, and managing suppliers and customers of the supply

chain. This team oversees the vendors that supply a company with the products it needs to

operate properly. You represent the fearless and smart yet humble spirit of the company.

- Direct subordinate of the assigned Supervisor

- Assists in the supply chain of the company

- Assists in handling all products needed by the company

- Ensures the proper flow of procurement in the company

- Coordinates and maintains good relationship with other team members for logistics

- Files and records data necessary for company use

- Assists in the maintenance of company vehicles

- Handles working practices that would aid in the efficiency and effectiveness of the

organization

- Other tasks delegated by the direct Supervisor

Qualifications

- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably business-related course

- Highly motivated and target-driven

- Excellent negotiation, selling, and communication skills

- People skills to manage partner suppliers, customers, and team members

- A strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

- Able to handle the managerial role

- Meticulous planning capability

- High moral values on integrity, respect, and flexibility

- Driving skill is a must
