About the job:

As a Retail Store Associate, you would be responsible in dealing with any and all customer queries about the products and services the company offers. This includes greeting customers on arrival then assisting the customer with any questions they have about the purchase or service they want to make. A Marketing Store Associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies. Every day is an opportunity for you to turn a visitor into a loyal customer.

About the job:

- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service

- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers

- Directing customers to merchandise within the store

- Increasing in store sales

- Superior product knowledge

- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor

- Manage end of day inventory count

- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers

- Maintaining good long-term customer relationship

- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts

- Continuously improve through feedback and suggestions

- Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills

- Retail sales work experience

- A professional appearance / pleasing personality

- Maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

- Highly motivated and target-driven

- Relationship management skills and open to feedback

- Confident and has a persevering outlook in any circumstances

- Able to fit the companys products to the solution of identified business needs

- Knowledge in driving is a bonus
