E-commerce Specialist

Our E-commerce Specialist will be designing and executing focused sales and marketing plans to meet strategic objectives within the online channel while aligning to company goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Generate and manage annual E-commerce sales and profitability plans and monitor results vs plan throughout the year for the E-commerce channel

- Maintain marketplace accounts: setting up, operating, monitoring, reporting and inventory

- Assist in collaboration and review meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of forecasts and the achievement of fill rate to required levels

- Evaluate issues and effectively communicate technical and non-technical solutions to peers and customers

- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement online initiatives and inform go-to-market strategies

- Integrate with our brand/marketing team to aggregate consumer and retailer feedback to develop new insights into shopping behavior and product development

- Increase the share of e-commerce to retail sales without sacrificing retails sales within established business channels

- Leverage existing relationship with E-channel partners to drive sales growth

- Other administrative work that may be assigned

Qualifications:

- Other administrative work that may be assigned

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Thorough knowledge and expertise on e-commerce marketing

- Skills on latest digital marketing technology tool and platforms and incorporation of visual advertising
