Job Description:

The person will be responsible for billing, posting customer payments, gathering and analyzing

financial information and collections

Job Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree graduate

Written and spoken ability to communicate in English and Thai

Proficient in MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus)

Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments

Process billings, adjustments, and write offs

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the billing system (manually encoded or

through interface)

Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed

Investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may

contradict
