-At least 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Required Skill(s): PLANNING, DECISION MAKING, TEAMLEADER

-Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Job Description:

-Monitoring and supervising activities in production area.

-Helps plant manager in planning and overall plant activities.

-Coordinates with department head regarding day to day production operation

-Assists Management in implementing company rules and regulation.

-Maintain good house-keeping on the area of responsibility

-Attends and evaluates sub con employees evaluations
