-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Nursing, Psychology or equivalent.

-At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Required Skill(s): Good Negotiation Skills, Good Communication Skills

-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or any equivalent four year course.

-With at least two (2) years work experience in competency-based interviewing, field sourcing and end to end recruitment, recruitment firm or outsourcing experience is an advantage

-Updated in industry recruitment trends and make recommendations on this information

-Familiar in different job portals and all sourcing channels as well as new ones in order to access new pools

-Preferably with knowledge and experience in volume requirements and technical hiring

-With experience in administering, scoring and interpreting psychological testings

-Willing to travel and to do field works

-With strong leadership and good communication skills
