-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.

-Knowledge in video based training and e-learning is an advantage.

-Full-Time position(s) available.

Required skill(s):

-Good facilitation skills on soft/hard trainings,

-High interpersonal skills that enables to work with people at all levels

-Have initiative and ability to offer new ideas

-Good writen and oral communication skills

-Ability to develop training materials.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

-To implement and monitor effective training and development programs of all employees.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training and Employee Development

1. Determine training needs (Technical training and behavioral skills trainings)

2. Prepares training plan, budget, and monitors implementation of training calendar.

3. Acts as lecturer or resource person on topics within his/her expertise.

4. Sources speakers for In-service or external training programs.

5. Coordinates with In-service speakers regarding documentation and logistics of internal trainings and seminars.

6. Conducts studies and researches on the modern trends and techniques in training and development.

7. Prepares, monitors, and maintains audiovisual training aids, equipment and materials of Learning and Development Section.
