Training and Development Officer in Ortigas Pasig 25k to 35k

Working Schedule : Morning shift

-College Graduate preferably on the following disciplines: Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications, Psychology and Marketing

-At least 3 years training experience

-Preferably with experience in Organizational Development, Real Estate, project orientation and skills development courses

Skills

-Sufficiently knowledgeable in Training Frameworks and Methodologies Ex. Analysis, Design,Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) Framework

-Familiar with the Adult Learning Principles

-Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

-Excellent Facilitation Skills

-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Captivate, eLearning software(e.g. Moodle)

Other Competencies:

-Interpersonal skills that enable him/her to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary

-Problem-solving and negotiation skills

-Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas

-Organizational and planning skills to effectively manage training schedules, manage his/her personal time and meet deadlines and objectives

-Personal commitment to improving his/her own knowledge and skills
