Job Description:

Encourage compliance of tenants to property management-related rules and regulations of the company

Maintain and improve the aesthetic of companys condominium properties

Responsible for supervising, assisting, and improving property operations

Quality checks the property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Inspects the properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained

Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations

Qualifications:

Civil Engineering Graduate, professional license in Civil Engineering is an advantage

Must have working experience in property management or realty

Strong operations management skills

Must have a keen eye to detail and a keen eye for design and what looks good

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
