-Plan, Lead, Organize, and Control Daily Resorts Operations, and Realize Business & Financial Targets

-Champions Outstanding Service Quality and Exemplary Guests Engagement

-Champions Learning and Development of Resorts Members

-Highly skilled and knowledgeable on Strategic Forecasting, Planning, Administration and Implementation

-Build & Strengthen the Resort's Brand & Market Value

Job Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience (in a related field, or in a similar role)

-Deep understanding of hotel management best practices, strategic operations, and navigation of relevant management system & applications.

-Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

-With Excellent integrity, and Exceptional leadership abilities

-Keen on details

-Willing to be assigned in Sogod, Cebu
