Marketing Virtual Assistant

ROLE PURPOSE:

Responsible for providing general marketing and administrative support to the client, including but not limited to: online marketing and advertising, customer service, website management and promotion, implement digital marketing strategies, blogging and content creation, create and run AdWords campaign and keywords research, SEO, lead generation, prepares marketing business plans and minimal data mining.

Other Tasks and Responsibilities:

Handling of office administration matters from organizing meetings, taking minutes, handling documents, and tracking and monitoring of activities.

Schedules appointments, prepares letters and documents. Takes and manages incoming calls and chats. Prepares reports.

Maintain and provide regular updates to your business social media accounts.

Promote your latest blog post or article through your social media accounts.

Design your FB timeline cover or your Twitter header.

Create or optimize you Facebook Fan &/or Profile pages.

Provide a metrics report. Your VA can monitor your Google analytics and other website metrics to give you a clear picture on where your traffic comes from, what keywords your visitors are looking for, and which posts appeal to readers.

Set up your advertising campaigns such as Google Adwords and Facebook Ads.

Gather contact information of experts in your niche so you can extend your influence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Exceptional background in customer service is required

Proficient in MS Office Applications, with strong working knowledge of MS Excel

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

Admirable organizational and planning skills

Good interpersonal skills

Team-oriented

Willing to be trained

Good sense of humor
