Review and monitor Technical project managers' performance.

Develop training programs and ensure optimal level of performance of Technical project managers.

Analyze customer issues, determine causes and initiate corrective actions.

Coordinate with customer and ensure optimal level of customer services.

Unearth new sales opportunities through our existing clients and turn them into long-term partnerships

Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.

Min. Qualification:College graduate, With at least 2 years of experience
