Supply Chain Manager in Clark Pampanga 80k

POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for directing all Asia Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse activities to ensure:

-On-time fulfilment of customer orders in coordination with CSR.

-Effective cost management of the Supply Chain from an overall Planning and Logistics perspective

-Accurate production and forecast alignment of Sales and Manufacturing Resources

-Optimize inventory and costs on semi-finish supply from US and France

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, strong focus on continuous improvement.

- Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred) in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Engineering or Business Management or related

function. APICS (or similar) certification preferred. Formal experience/knowledge of Quick Response Manufacturing

preferred. Food industry planning experience strongly preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of direct experience in supply chain/logistics management with advanced leadership experience in

progressively responsible positions

- Extensive experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred

- Direct experience managing supply & supply networks

- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices.
