Job Responsibilities:

Answer the telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner

Schedule appointment correctly - review appointment date, time, location, and provider name with the caller.

Inform caller of items to bring to the appointment (including insurance card, medications, office visit fee, and verification of income - if applicable).

Job Requirements:

With or without experience

Finished high school; 2 or 4 years in college

Excellent communication skills.

Computer and Web proficient.

Willing to deliver the results in QC, Bulacan, Caloocan, Valenzuela and be designated to changing work schedules.
