Job Descriptions:

The person will be responsible for processing AR transactions such as billing, posting customer payments, gathering and analyzing financial information and collections

Daily billing summary and report

Create cover page for proof of invoice delivery to customer

Matching data from AR side with local side for pending billing and issue item

Customer request to provide PO when sending Billings, include packing list

Finding payment details and prepare for receipt

Responsible in generating claims reports and sending to stakeholders

Handles different processes such as Rebates Transmission Processing, Dispute

Processing, Price Protection and Focus Letters

Ensures process compliance with the documented desktop procedures

Job Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree holder

Written and spoken ability to communicate in English and Spanish / Portuguese

Must be proficient with MS Excel

Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
