Responds to customers over the phone;

Process customers requests and validates their account;

Provide excellent display of customer service.

Qualifications:

Short Course/Vocational Graduate or College Undergraduate are welcome to apply;

Must have 6-months CSR Experience

Knowledgeable with basic functions of computers.
