Manage daily ticketing queues

Respond to and resolve cases raised by Collections and Sales Team

Timely management of cases

Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered

Provides excellent customer service satisfaction and attention to detail

Communicate with the team in resolving invoice disputes

Job Qualifications:

Must be a Degree Holder

Must be fluent with both English and Mandarin

Willing to work in Quezon City

Willing to work on Shifting Schedules
