Job Description Below:

Account Management:

Manage QKs key customer account, identify opportunities of growth from within the account along with responsibility for managing P&L and increase revenue share in the given account.

Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influence in the customer organisation and drive penetration in various functions including outside CIO.

Leverage Qualitykiosks unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the customer and increase share of revenues.

Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan.

Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for all deals. Also drive collections, increase market share and share of wallet with the customer.

Support Presales Solutions:

Develop solution-based sales approach and support the solutions teams with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence across existing and new business.

Showcase solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organisation through workshops, boot camps and strategy meet.

Capture and create integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements.

Exemplify leadership in conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.

Essential Skills:

Ideal candidate should be able to develop client relationships, partnerships and channels that result in the sourcing of new opportunities in the Banking & Insurance industry.

Proven client management skills, experience of farming existing accounts and ensuring growth in existing deals and driving new initiatives.

Ability to find ways of solving or preempting problems. Good knowledge of program and project management methods.

Strong attention to detail and willing to roll-up the sleeves to get the work done. Effective and innovative style and flexible to adopt to situation, challenges and openness to learning.

Demonstrate ability to organize, prioritize, collaborate internally and externally across functions and with client organizations.

Enthusiastic and self-starter with confidence to work on new initiatives and drive them positively under strict timelines.
