OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible in engaging employees to attend health and wellness programs, stress management

program and other activities that will help in promoting a life-work balance

-Oversee and monitor HMO related activities such as enrollment of newly regularized employees,

APE schedule and other health concenrs of employees

-Manage company events such as CSR, company outing and year-end party

-Monitor, and deliver high quality Employee Relations services

-Perform administrative functions that may be assigned

Qualifications:

-Candidate must be Registered Nurse

-BOSCH Certified is an advantage but not required

-Must have a good communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to multitask while working under a minimal supervision

-Must be proficient in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel

-Willing to be assigned in Makati

-Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
