Job Descriptions:

1. In charge of unit renovation or restoration.

a.Creates a plan on what is to be done in the unit

b.Create scope of work for contractor bidding

c.Creates time table for the project

d.Supervises ongoing works

e.Request and follows up materials needed for the project

f.Manages storage areas utilized by the project

g.Report on progress, abnormalities real time

h.Submits weekly update report on assigned project based on planned activities

2. In charge of staging unit (setting up furnitures and decors) / Preparation of unit for Move In of new tenant.

a.Manages pick-up and delivery of items to and from unit

b.Set up furniture according to location

c.Plans and supervises Installation of appliances, decors, furnitures etc.

d.Have unit cleaned and checked in preparation for a new tenant

e.Have unit checked and prepared based on approved request of new tenant

f.Prepares and goes thru checklist for the final checking of unit

g.Prepares Inventory annex for the moving in Tenant

h.Turns over unit to new tenant

3. In charge of responding to assigned tenant concerns.

a.Checks concerns of tenant

b.Suggests rectification plan for approval

c.Coordination with tenant of work schedule

d.Coordination with suppliers/contractors to work on the unit

e.Request and follow up needed materials / supplies

f.Supervises work being done in the unit

g.Report status of concerns

Job Requirements:

Must be at least college graduate

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager

Full-time position is available

Must be willing to work ASAP
