Job Descriptions:

Negotiating with suppliers for favorable pricing of goods/services and make sure the delivery is on time.

Coordinates with the supplier to ensure that they are able to meet the standards of the company

Assisting in managing tenant relations and concerns.

Ensures tenant compliance with building house rules.

Paperwork and other tasks as required by the Leasing Dept/Admin

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelors Degree course

Preference to those with background in Accounting/Realty/Leasing/Engineering

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

Fast learner with strong drive and initiative

Full-time position is available

Must be willing to work ASAP
